Teaser Tuesday

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!


I am late in posting this today.  It has been a busy day and I am now just barely sitting down to the computer.  My teaser comes from "Any Witch Way" by Annastaysia Savage .  It's a middle grade book and so far I think it is adorable.
 Sadie's eyes darted all around, taking in her immediate surroundings and looking for any signs of danger -- not that she even knew what to look for.  Apparently what she thought she knew of the world didn't apply anymore.  Either that or the rules had changed.  pg. 37

    I don't really like the cover, but I haven't really read many witch books, so it would be a nice change from vampires/werewolves so I'll look into it on goodreads.
