My thoughts: A cookbook about bacon? Christina Dymock had to have my daughter in mind when she came up with this cookbook. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try some of the recipes this book.
I hate to admit that I only tried a couple of them. I can say that the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza is excellent. I also liked the twice baked potatoes. I need to do some more exploring in this book. I told my daughter that she needs to look at it and pick out a few to make for the family. (Anytime bacon is cooking she runs to help make dinner.)
The recipes are easy to follow and have beautiful illustrations. There are a variety of recipes. You can find bacon wrapped Jalapenos. The breakfast recipes look really good. I think they will be next on my list to make.
For the more adventurous bacon lover, this cookbook has sweets. I'm not sure that I'm ready to try bacon s'mores, but I know someone will. :)
