My thoughts: This is a wonderful sequel. Amber, Trendon, and Lisa are pulled into another adventure by their mentor and teacher, Dorothy.  The first book is "The Guardians of the Hidden Scepter".  I would suggest reading the first book before this one.

The teens must save the world by keeping an ancient relic out of the hands of those who would use it for evil. Amber thought she was done when she retrieved the scepter hidden from the time of Noah and the flood.  Now it is the instrument for Elijah's fire.

Full of adventure. Perfect for kids between easy chapter books and YA.  I think I may add this one to my home library for my kids.
