My thoughts:  The Jane Austen academy series features a group of friends who are trying to save their school from an uncertain future. It appears as if the school will be demolished to make way for retail. This cannot be allowed to happen and the girls plot and plan to keep the school as a school.

Each story focuses on a different member of the group. This story was about Fannie. She us focused. She has a goal to make it to the Olympics and her stay at the academy was only meant to be a temporary situation. Getting involved was not on her agenda.

The best stories always happen accidentally. Frannie wasn't supposed to have feelings for a boy, nor was she supposed to make friends who she cared about. One of the cutest boys at the school was not supposed to like her.

I thought this book was the perfect addition to the series. Each of the characters are fun and unique individuals. I love that they come from different backgrounds and interests. Their uniqueness makes them stronger as a group.

While each story features a different individual, it is probably best to read them in order. You gain a better understanding and appreciation of the overall story, saving the school.

This book is appropriate for teens. The only caution for parents would be kissing.
