Teaser Tuesday



Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of  Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along!
Just do the following:

          ~Grab your current read.

          ~Open to a random page.

          ~Share two "teaser" sentences from somewhere on that page. (Sometimes I cheat a bit on this one and do a few more sentences.)
          ~Be careful not to include spoilers! (make sure that what you share doesn't give to much away.               You don't want to ruin the book for others.)

          ~Share the title and author, so the other TT participants can add the book to their TBR lists if they like your teaser.  :0)

This week my teaser comes from an ARC ~ so technically when this book is published you may not find this exact quote.  The book is "Legend" by Marie Lu.

Suddenly an explosion rocks the entire corridor, throwing us against the wall.  Dust rains down from the ceiling, and sparks flicker through the air. pg 286
