"Liberty" Cover Reveal ~ by Annie Laurie Cechini

When young space captain Tabitha Dixon loses her ship and her crew, she is forced to accept the help of a young shipbuilder who runs communication for the Resistance. As the pair track down the captain's missing crew, a bond begins to grow between them. However, that bond, along with everything Dix yearns for, is threatened by her belief that she's destined to kill anyone who gets close enough to touch.

This book is scheduled to be release in February 2013  by Rhemalda Publishing.  I really like the outline of the girl with her fist raised to the air.  It's simple, yet compelling.

This book is on my tbr list.  What do you think?

About Annie: (taken from her goodreads author page)

In 1986, Annie's first award-winning essay was sent to the President of the United States. This was also the year she penned in her first grade journal: "Don't put things out the windows."

In high school and college, Annie set aside her pen and turned her focus to music and art. Annie won a number of awards in both fields. During college, Annie worked in a library and taught ballet and tap.

In 2004-2005 Annie served a mission for her church in Washington, DC. There she taught English to non-native speakers, in addition to serving the community and sharing her beliefs at the DC temple Visitor’s Center.

In 2009, she released her first album, and in 2010, she created an art show based on posters from the second world war.

In December of 2011 Annie's media production company, AMS, produced an anthology called Christmas Wishes: A Collection of Holiday Tales and Truths.Several friends and family members contributed to make the project a success. All proceeds from the project go to the daughters of murder victim Sam LaCara.
