My thoughts: The author of this book is a dietitian. She offers information in an easy to read and understand format. She covers the basics of diet and exercise. She also gives practical ideas to help overcome an unhealthy addiction to foods that are not healthy.
I struggle with my weight, and sometimes it's nice to be reminded of what I need to do to be successful in becoming a healthier person. This book has keys that I have used that have worked for me. Now, I just need to make them a permanent part of my life.

I was to be a part of a blog tour and review this book on March 23rd. I apologize to Jen Brewer and Cedar Fort publishing for not following through. I had recently had a tonsillectomy and then bled from a vein from the surgical site two weeks later. The blog tour happened during what I am calling my "percocet haze". I have three weeks that are fuzzy.
